This is a revised version of a previous article, for historical reasons the older version is stored here.
Since the original article was so long I broke it up into a collection of mini-articles. There will be some reptition but I wanted to make each mini-article as stand alone as possible. This will also enable to me editing the subject matter a bit easier as more evidence comes to light or if newly translated material changes the previously posted material.
